Ryan White HIV/AIDS Services
The Health Council of South East Florida provides a coordinated system of medical and medical support services for individuals living with HIV/AIDS in these counties. In addition, the council provides planning and evaluation services for this program to ensure needed services are provided in the most responsive, responsible and cost effective manner. Providing important staff support to the local consumer advisory body is an additional responsibility of the Council. Housing for People With AIDS (HOPWA)
In addition to Ryan White funded services, the Health Council of Southeast Florida provides program management and outcomes review for this program that provided housing related services such as rent and mortgage assistance, utility payments and other housing support services for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS.

Emerging Communities
HIV/AIDS crisis has affected some communities harder than others. In these cases, the Council provides program administration and quality management services that plan for and provide medical and medical support services that are beyond the capacity of the traditional systems of care in those communities.
