The Health Council of Southeast Florida is proud of our involvement, and commitment to enhancing access to care and better quality of care in our five-county service area. This area, encompassing over 5,013 square miles brings great challenges in the health planning activities of the Council.
We are proud to participate in a number of programs that help residents in all five counties improve health, and sustain better lives. Listed below are just some of the organizations we work with to reach or goal of better access to enhanced health care services.
