For success with improving health outcomes accessibility and value, responsible identification of need and planning to meet those needs is critical. Health outcomes for purposes of planning, includes

the health of individuals and families as well as the general population, and successful planning considers the issue of value, thus ensuring that dollars spent on improving health are wisely targeted.

The Health Council of Southeast Florida (HCSEF) accepts the responsibility for improving health in our targeted service area and beyond as a serious responsibility, and core to our mission.

We actively work with others in the community to reach our goal of improving access to quality care for all within the region and in communities beyond our five county service area whenever possible. Some of the resources are listed in the links on the left of this page. However, the online resources only are part of the professional knowledge base that our staff uses.
