Tiffany Collins
Tiffany Collins is a native of Okeechobee, Florida. After graduating from Okeechobee High School, Tiffany moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida (UCF). She began working at the UCF Police Department in 2001 as Special Project's Administrator to the Chief of Police. Tiffany graduated from UCF in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the School of Business Administration. Later that year she accepted a position in the former College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) as the Dean's Office Senior Accountant.
Tiffany completed her Master of Science in Accounting from UCF School of Business in 2006, while working at the College of Sciences (COS). In 2007, Tiffany was promoted to Coordinator of Research Program Services and oversaw the spending of college contracts and grant funds in all COS departments, providing college oversight and support to departmental staff and faculty with the C&G Fund disbursement.
In 2009, Tiffany moved back to her hometown to take a position with the Florida Department of Health (DOH) as Administrative Services Director. Currently, as the Health Department's Business Manager, Tiffany maintains the State and County Core contract, Medicaid Cost Based Reimbursement Report and Spending Plan to ensure that spending is authorized by DOH policy as wells as federal, state and local funding sources.
Tiffany takes great pride in being a part of the Okeechobee County Community.
