Please join us at BRIDGES at West Palm Beach for a series of three health literacy sessions. Beginning on Monday, February 10th, February 17th & February 24th, 2020. Come and learn how to find, manage and understand the basic health information and services needed to make appropriate health decisions for you and your loved ones. This workshop is free and after all three sessions are attended, participants receive a certificate of completion.
