As we reflect on the last year of work, we are grateful for the partnerships and collaboration that have helped promote the health and wellbeing of our communities. We are pleased to invite you to the Health Council of Southeast Florida’s (HCSEF) Annual Stakeholder Meeting, where we will share an overview of HCSEF’s efforts and progress across our service area. During this meeting, we will provide updates on current programs and services throughout Indian River, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties.

A key component of this meeting is to gather feedback and insights from the community. We encourage participation from local partners, community leaders, and stakeholders to further support collaboration, coordination, and resource sharing across our five-county service area.
