Jackie Fignar served as an Administrator/Executive Director with Cresthaven, a 208-bed licensed ALF with an LNS and ECC specialty license and memory care unit.  She has previously worked on short-term assignments as an Administrator/Executive Director and RN for RNMBANHA@URSVC at locations throughout South Florida.  Prior to that assignment, she was the Executive Director for Coral Bay Healthcare and Rehabilitation for over 7 years.  Her other experience includes serving as an Administrator for Boca Raton Rehabilitation Center, Life Care Centers of America, and De Hoernle Alzheimers’ Pavilion.

Ms. Fignar received her Masters of Business Administration degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Psychology degree from the University of Colorado in Denver.  She has conducted post-graduate studies to obtain her LNHA in Healthcare Administration at Lynn University in Boca Raton.  She holds a certification in Healthcare Informatics from Broward College.

Ms. Fignar’s areas of expertise include process improvement, revenue enhancement, and low employee turnover.  Among her many professional affiliations are Senior Living Executives, Long-term Care Industry Professionals Group, Senior Living Connection, The Emotional Intelligence Network, LeaderStat Healthcare Recruiting and Consulting, and Senior Living Foresight.

She began serving on the HCSEF Board of Directors in 2017.
