Lisa Hatch

Lisa Hatch has been the Executive Director of the HANDS Clinic in St. Lucie County since April of 2020. Her passion is working with underserved populations and providing the best available care to individuals in St. Lucie County.
Lisa was born in Brooklyn and raised in Buffalo. Her father was a Vietnam veteran and a blue color worker; her mom was a stay-at-home mother. Her childhood was defined by a strong work ethic instilled by her parents, traditional values, and the belief that when you make a commitment to something you never stop.
Lisa was the first person to attend college in her family. She earned a double Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Fredonia University, and a Master’s in Business from the University of Buffalo, all while working.
Lisa began working in healthcare as a direct care worker in group homes and was able to become a manager within a year. Once she was hired by a major hospital system, her career took off. With 30 years of healthcare experience, she found an environment where she could be creative and make a difference in many people’s lives. Lisa worked at the largest healthcare provider in Buffalo, NY and in many different roles, always moving forward.
The HANDS Clinic is the perfect example of Lisa’s entrepreneurial spirit. Starting with only offering primary care, Lisa has added women’s health services, dental, a mobile unit, and a mental health program.
Beyond her professional life, Lisa enjoys traveling with friends, kayaking, thrifting, and her dog Barry Manilow.
Lisa Hatch’s plan is to continue to develop her clinic and help others grow their own programs as well.
Lisa continues to inspire others with her dedication to making a difference and leaving a positive mark on the world. Lisa always says, “I didn’t have kids…this clinic is my legacy”.
