Nikole Helvey is a dedicated healthcare executive and transparency advocate with three decades of leadership experience in healthcare administration and state-level public service. 

As the Bureau Chief for the Florida Center for Health Information and Transparency at the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), she directed state consumer health data dissemination, managed complex enterprise modernization projects, and drove the evolution of public health navigation tools. Her national impact includes serving as a Board Member for the National Association of Health Data Organizations (NAHDO).

Prior to her state-level service, she spent over 12 years with the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida, progressing through senior leadership ranks to serve as Senior Vice President of Operations and Interim CEO, where she managed regional health information logistics across multiple counties.

Nikole holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration (MS HSA). Committed to operational excellence, she is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM).
